Site layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this latest document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying different sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
